For problems with the DSL or Ethernet connection in your Residence Hall room, contact ResTech at 753-6267.
If you have problems with your telephone, first reset all connections (unplug and plug back in).
NIU technicians will only service NIU-provided equipment. If you are using your own equipment, such as a cordless phone or other accessories, you need to reconnect the NIU-provided equipment before contacting us for service.
You may be billed for any equipment damage due to the misuse or abuse of equipment.
